ABOUT THIS GAME
He lives with schizophrenia. He hears voices. He sees things that aren’t there. In The World Below you don’t watch him from the outside — you see everything through his eyes, and you decide for yourself what is real.
He lives in two worlds at once: his own, and the one the illness controls. Every decision you make matters — more than it seems at first.
The rest of the story stays hidden for now. The game is still in development in Unreal Engine — whether it launches on version 5 or 6 isn’t decided yet. The trailer shows beta footage.
01 · His world
His world.
The apartment. The hallway. The people he knows. Everything looks the way it should — until it doesn’t.
02 · The world below
The world below.
The same places, rewritten by the illness. Voices that aren’t there. Shapes that shouldn’t be. And you won’t always know which world you’re standing in.
